Lauda findem

An interesting comment on the latest Lauda Finem post:

Hi Anmol, aka “Sumit” and “Neutral”, you probably did not realise it but using different (bogus) email addresses does not conceal your true identity or in anyway prevent Lauda Finem knowing that you are posting from the same IP address. If you would like to put your side of the story Anmol then do so honestly, feel free to write to us here at Lauda Finem using the contact button top right of every LF page.

Good to see that LF now seem to think that concealing identities and using different (bogus) email addresses and different pseudonyms is not a good look.

Associates of LF have done exactly the same thing on Lauda Finem and here in the past, using multiple fake ID. Perhaps they will now live by the standards they ask of others.

It’s interesting to see them asking someone else to put their side of the story ‘honestly’ when they still conceal their own identities, and still try to circumvent New Zealand laws.

If they were confident in their campaigns they would be as honest as they ask others to be.

Would a good “approach’ be for us to take the time to visit our local constabulary and loge a complaint? (I don’t mind doing that if that’s required, but I have to add there are some Auckland ‘commercial interests’ [and ‘businessmen together with their layers], where in fairness LF have probably done a bloody good job – and one we should have fairly expected our tax payer funded agencies to have already done on our behalf.)

Why do you assume that? They’ve accused quite a few people like police, lawyers, judges etc of being corrupt, without solid evidence and with no counter claims (and I haven’t seen either) I think scepticism is the best approach – especially when i know that in more tha one judge’s rulings some of their their evidence is questionable or simply not admissible.

Maybe you’ve seen details that I haven’t seen.

Fair call PG, I should have qualified with an at least ‘at face value’. And am really referring to the two cases covered at the WO site. I’ve already said here over time, that I thought Nicky Hager ‘s book, DP, was 100% in the public interest, so my comments should hardly be seen as an endorsement of the WH site. Yes scepticism is correct advice (something I learnt at Law School in your city over thirty years ago, and then Journalism school some years later – my name remember) and of coarse not privy to other advice, other than the MSM re Tribeca Homes (which is quite a bit). I’m not “against’ you PG.

        • I’m not against LF or WO either, but I’m very wary of accepting claims from either without them being backed up by unrefutable evidence.

Both LF and WO have had some successess and deserve some credit but they can both be full of bull at times as well.

One of my main concerns about both is their susceptibility to getting obsessed by vendettas and their willingness to overplay vindictiveness.

How do I put it – I’m reflecting (5.51 so SB in paw, South Island of course), I’m against both sites. Pretty simple really, one because it’s illegal (NSO). It doesn’t mean (just in the course of any criminal trial) that ‘actionable’, (and meritorious in the public interest) material does not come to light.

      • Having witnessed corruption in the NZ courts firsthand I’m inclined to take their allegations seriously. But I agree that they could do a better job of presenting evidence rather than just expecting people to take them at their word.

I don’t doubt that there is corruption in the police force and court system, and I used to read their site with interest, although proof is sparse and they hide behind the “not based in NZ” idea to a) break name suppressions (which of course provide them with clicks) and b) pretend they don’t have to comply with normal laws in this country.

But their recent allegations against PG just don’t add up to what I have seen. Maybe they are under some sort of pressure, I don’t know, they just seem to be losing the plot.

          • Most kiwis are unaware that the Crown’s so called laws are fictions based on fraud, with the falsehood being their position that parliament is sovereign in the sense relevant to making law. The Crown’s corruption can be proven by the perverted description of law used in their humanist system. The corruption that I’m talking about is systemic and is not something that can be fixed by interacting with the system as it exists today.

  2. Concealing your identity is sometimes both prudent and justified, even when making accusations like LF does. IMO it comes down to there being a fair and just process for verifying or refuting the allegations.

I am over conspiracy theories, too; I simply don’t believe that there are so many conspirators out there, even though conspire really means breath together.(shows off classical education here)

There is no doubt in my mind at all that the Brothers Grimm are suffering from anxiety and paranoia, judging by a lot of the stuff that they have been writing over the past few weeks.

And they might be”Drinking and Posting” as well. LOL.
