Wonder how long until Colin Craig is declared a vexatious litigant! I see yesterday his Court case was another of his claims of defamation where a previous employee sent a facebook message which was then passed to him and he did not like

This guy sure loves using and abusing our legal system

The one thing I would have to say about Colin Craig – he’s quite a *sexy beast*. Remember that poem he wrote for Rachel……nobody’s ever sent me anything like that 😛

        And this from *The Civilian*

If anyone thought that that drivel (the one that there was all the fuss about) was a poem and sent it to me, I would know that we were never going to be in a relationship. 0/10 for sense and scansion.

Yep Nelly … that’ll be a ‘happy home’ now for sure …

In New Zealand … perhaps thankfully … you’d go to court to prove that burglary warranted manslaughter …

This would be unpleasant, for sure, like the initial event, but it also makes a certain *sense*?

If the deaths of three teenagers makes your day, I wonder what sort of person you are. Listening to the emergency call is ghoulish. I haven’t the slightest wish to hear it. This is the sort of mentality that regretted the end of public hangings.

You didn’t know the three boys. You don’t know the killer. Why all the excitement about the three deaths ? it’s like being glad when people are killed in stolen cars.

Actually, you should listen to the audio. You might get a better appreciation of the young man’s situation & reaction.

I have some issues with the fact that if you shoot down 3 out of 4 burglars the surviving one gets charged with murder.

            • So do I. Fortunately we have nothing like these ridiculous laws in New Zealand.

I agree, it sounds very odd, but now that’s her problem. Sounds like she was the mastermind – & well, if she wanted to avoid this situation, she had the opportunity to break in with the other 3 & get shot dead with an AR15 too.

Yes that’s right Gez … she was the Lady with the plan, even knew the ‘shooters’ name.
She will be calling herself all-sorts of ‘Stupid’ now, as she maybe
              charged with 3 murders.

“she was arrested and was being held on suspicion of three counts of first-degree murder, one count of first-degree burglary and one count of second-degree burglary.”

Assistant District Attorney Jack Thorp said Tuesday that Rodriguez could be formally charged with murder if the suspects were killed while she was involved in a felony

American justice is a large net that collects all the culprits.

Well, what I hear on the audio is a young chap who defended himself & his family from a home invasion by at least 3 masked intruders who were armed with a knife (& god knows what else, from his point of view).

In America, if you do that, where the homeowners may have guns, & the right to use the to protect themselves in their home, you’re a fool, as well as a potential killer yourself.

That’s right, Pete. We don’t have those ridiculous laws in new Zealand. Why should we…that would mean getting tough on crime. Much better to tread softly on muggings, murder and mayhem. Hey, who cares about some Indian dairy owner. Crooks would if the shop owner was allowed to pull out a magnum 357.

I see no point. I don’t know the people, I don’t even live in the same country ! It seemed ghoulish to listen to this, getting a thrill from someone else’s terror and the three deaths. I hope that my day will never ‘be made’ by some strangers being shot dead.

Happened upon a programme yesterday. I caught it part way through. It showed images of angry surly Muslims eyeballing police. Where is this I wondered. Imagine my shock when three Aussie cops came into the picture to arrest a suspect for supplying firearms.

Then they interviewed one cop. He said police knew the community well, and there was a only a small minority who harassed police. But hold on, these angry Muslims on the street, Were they part of this small minority that all just happened to be present when the arrest was made? Or more likely, were they representative of what the community really thought of Infidels?

The programme was called ‘The Force.’

Yet another “rare” false rape accusation. Man spends ten months in jail with no compensation. No penalty for the accuser because young women are not responsible for anything that happens involving sex.

For anyone battling with a perennially dirty dunny, allow me to offer up some advice. Works every time…

Put both lids of the toilet up and add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.
Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.
In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids. You may need to stand on the lid.
The cat will self-agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.
Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a “power-wash” and rinse”.
Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door.
Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.
The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom, and run outside where he will dry himself off.
Both the dunny and the cat will be sparkling clean.

  6. Speaking of dunnies … Has anyone used recently built and commissioned public toilets lately? I did so in Kaitaia today …

They’ve turned down both the heat and force of the air-blower hand dryers! I couldn’t believe how pathetic they were …

These things were a peculiarly useless invention in the first place … but the new ones are truly abysmal …

I thought: Its gotta be a joke … I’ll have to stand here for 15 minutes … in which time my hands would be dry in the open air anyhow!

If this is OSH and the RMA I might be tempted to become a Rightie … join ACT and subscribe to Doc Newman’s NZCPR … start a petition …

This can’t be happening to me …

@ Parti my delicate english rose when you say …
“They’ve turned down both the heat and force of the air-blower hand dryers!
I couldn’t believe how pathetic they were …”

You should be asking them to put paper towels in and shove those drying machines
      where the sun doesn’t shine!
because they spread germs … Read this and be prepared to be shocked!!

The machines actually spew germs more than 6 feet!

Just been out to the fence & given Pooky a right earful, wherever he is !

If I need to put my kitchen light on to do something in the kitchen at night I don’t need him shrieking at me every freakin night from the far bank of the stream – three times – always three bloody times – telling me “put that feckin light out !”

    Bloody neighbours ! 😡

Jr has decided that he is now a bass player, and has confiscated my new toy. So I thought I’d give myself another ‘present’, & restring his acoustic/electric, since it was sounding a little ‘flat’. It almost plays itself now, the sound is crisp & clear, and it resonates beautifully. New strings always sound better, but these ones are nothing short of splendid!
