@10:45am – .and just back home from Mass.

WOW – that *Pope Francis* is sooo RAD!! Sometimes if I’m running a bit late on a Sunday, I’ll *skip brekkie* before heading into St Pats.

But now, all you have to do is solemnelly declare that you believe *Jesus was a conjoined twin*……and they *double-down* on the wafers ❗

I didn’t like him washing the feet of those crooks. Far too liberal in my opinion.

I hear that the pope ‘washing feet’ may symbolise the actions of JC, but others believe he is claiming to be ‘Christ on Earth’ (ie ANTI-Christ.. standing in the place of him) as is stated in ‘the book of Daniel’ (the little horn power.. given his authority by the ‘Beast’/Satan) ? :/

        oh dear……

Wayne was just listening to *Grant Robinson* being interviewed by that very strange *Lloyd Burr* on 1ZB…..he was saying that when the discussion turned to *Wellingtons transport problems*, Grant said, “Maybe I should declare a conflict of interest…..my husbands a Bus Driver” LOL ❗

No wonder *Labor* is a totally spent force…. Wayne reckins *Peter Frazer* would be turning in his grave.

Well I believe an awful lot of people *do* actually Blaze….particularly when they are charged with the responsibility of making policy that will affect our *younger generation* 😡

you could well be right Blaze…..I hadn’t thort of that before you mentioned it. Maybe there are factions within Labor that see it as a long term solution to actually *decrease demand* ❓

I take it you oppose contraception and abortion ,and immigration for that matter.

no longer the first two options (just quietly)…..but certainly believe we should be a *lot more selective* in relation to the third.

              It’s Labour and Fraser.

If promoting sexuality worked, there would be no gays. The fact that there are, despite all the straight relationships shown in print and on the screen, and despite the active discouragement of being gay-prison sentences, gay-bashing, capital punishment and the rest-shows that ‘promoting sexuality’ won’t change anyone. Sex is so intimate that nobody is going to change the way they feel about who they do it wirh.

            • Is “butt” a keyboard slip or a Freudian Slip, Nellie?

            It’s *with*…not wirh.

Does OneEwes also have longggggg stories about American people that one has never heard of ? Organ donation is a worthy cause, but the story about the US football player who did (never heard of him) and the heart going to a former baseball player (never heard of him, either) went on and on.

What the original story didn’t mention is that organ donation can’t be done unless the person dies in some ways and of some things. My husband would have been willing to be one, but because of the way he died, it wasn’t an issue.

Not tonight. Unless it was on the sports segment which I don’t usually pay that much attention to unless the ABs totally crush some really good team or we win the Americas Cup.

They had quite a long story showing some of the interesting 3D imaging work done to reproduce the mines & tunnels dug by kiwis under the german lines in Arras so they could blow the blighters up.

        3 had that, too.

But sometimes they have extended human interest (?) stories that are not interesting and go on too, too long. American sentimentalism when it comes to children in the press is cloying.

For any finger pickers wanting practice. Simple enough apart from the first chord. Its the speed that’s a problem.
