Have you ever pondered why the North Koreans *hate* the Americans sooo much ❓

According to this article in *The Intercept* …..one reason is they remember the *Korean War* 😡

As Wayne just said….”He had no idea the Americans caused so much wonton destruction”

So do the South Koreans remember… might pay if Wayno gives up Yoga and hits the history books.

I think it’s probably only the wontons Wayne’s concerned about.

            Understandable mistake, all things considered.

I assume you mean that as a compliment, Corks ❓ According to my dictionary, it’s described as :

            Racist (noun)
            1. Someone who wins an argument against a liberal.

Your dictionary may say that, as you wrote it, but most of them define a racist as a bigot who bases their bigotry on race. I know nobody who would regard being called one as a compliment. Even bigots don’t like to be called bigots.

Racists also tend to find it funny to make jokes based upon imaginary stereotypes of a race and often say say ‘I’m not a racist, but….’ (i.e. I am a racist but think that if I say that I am not before I make a racist remark, people won’t notice that I’m one.’)

Racists are so enmired in their own conceit that they imagine that they are always right, but this view is not shared by other people.

Yep, me and Wayne are exactly the same as you, Corks ❗
Catkin just doesn’t seem to understand.

Just heard something very refreshing on the radio. They are talking to someone from Alcohol Concern, and the guy said that they are not there to tell people not to drink, but to give them all the information they need to make adult decisions, incredible, a group that is set up to talk about Alcohol drinking and abuse who thinks that Adults should make their own decisions.

    • ‘They’ could have similar tobacco-smoking groups, rather than cessation campaigns?

‘They’ could treat cannabis and other substances the same – including some legal and illicit drugs?

    • Gezza

       /  May 5, 2017

They would still be putting out the general message that drinking a lot & getting sloshed is bad. The thing is, it often doesn’t work well when adults try & tell teenagers what to do or not.

There have been ads on television about this sort of thing for a long time. Missy-not trying to make people stop drinking, just stop getting drunk. I forget what the organisation is, as it doesn’t affect me.

Just farewelled some regular elderly Chinese NZ guests to our holiday house. They are the perfect guests, come, enjoy themselves thoroughly without annoying anyone else and leave the house so pristine our cleaner has little to do. The contrast with many infantile young NZ adults who drink themselves stupid, make a lot of noise, break and damage things and leave a huge mess to clean up couldn’t be greater.

As far as I’m concerned, the more decent, hard-working Asian immigrants we have, the better for this country’s future. We stay regularly in a little hotel in Remuera, owned and run by an Asian family. Their young people who staff it could not be more friendly and helpful.

The comparison with many of PZ’s deserving victims of colonialism could not be more stark.

Big hit on Parti, Alan. Unfortunately you are also right.about our young spoilt brats whom shouldn’t be called young adults.

some ..hit…Al views the world through a very narrow portal….whats good for him…is all that…matters.

I call it as I see it, B. Asians look after their kids and teach them to work and think. Too many of our lot just hand them over to gangs and the taxpayer.

          • A missed gang-tackle is what they call that Corky … Poor show …

So, truthfully Alan, how many well-behaved New Zealand adults, young and older, stay there by comparison?

There must be older non-Chinese New Zealanders who are really good guests? Sounds like these ones stand out because they’re a) Chinese, and b) Elderly?

Can you see where this is going?

Chinese people most affected by colonialism and the forced imposition of capitalist trade with the West – which ‘communism’ is only a totalitarian over-reaction against – won’t be appearing on our shores as tourists for quite some time … until their children’s children have escaped the wage-slave factories, farms and sweatshops …

            • Alan Wilkinson

               /  May 5, 2017

Few leave it as pristine as these, PZ. Few groups of young adults without children do not drink and party noisily and messily. Most family groups are well-behaved so we prefer them.

I’m not sure where you think you are going but these are immigrants, not tourists. Most of our guests have a kiwi component.

They reckon this chap got 44 million hits He has no barrow to push. You can hear that in his passionless voice. In another clip he says words to the effect of ” Muslims are master manipulators…they tell you what you want to hear. They can do that for years. But when its
time to act, they act without hesitation. AT 1.00.

Here’s another example of a Muslim spokesman from Australia who can’t answer simple questions. He can’t answer simple questions because he is a liar.

Of more worry, Islam how sees the Western fightback has began, so they are now agitating
Muslims with talk of how the West wants a sanitised version of Islam that fits in with Western culture. The inference is you aren’t a true Muslim if you follow that crap. No guesses what true believers are to do with Muslims who accept western values.

That marine sergeant. Do you think he knows Americans invaded Iraq & that Americans have killed more Iraqis than the other way round?

      • Corky

         /  May 5, 2017

He was just warning his liberal countrymen Muslims are a danger to them, no matter the rights and wrongs of the case. He was just passing on his experiences.

        • Kitty Catkin

           /  May 5, 2017

He is hardly unbiassed. I was talking to a young Muslim couple today who are living here, going about their business and living the sort of life that all young couples do, I would guess. This man seems to see no difference between Muslims who want to get away from extremism and the extremists. He’s an idiot. If someone said that all Christians were religious fanatics, all Americans Klan members and all Germans NeoNazis,, they’d be an idiot, too.

          • Gezza

             /  May 5, 2017

If they want to continue to be muslims, which is a bullshit-based religion, & to get away from muslim extremists, why don’t they go to another muslim country where there aren’t any muslim extremists? This isn’t a muslim country.

I don’t think so. He didn’t say he asked the locals why they wanted to kill him, & in fact I’m reasonably dubious about whether he’s even telling the truth when he says the people he spoke to said if he stepped outside his bunker the locals would kill him.

The problem I have with American warriors is that they can’t understand that after killing thousands of people in some foreign country – husbands, fathers, brothers, uncles, wives, mothers, aunties, children, neighbours etc & destabilising & being responsible for unleashing all sorts of mayhem, wrecking the bloody place through ignorance & arrogance, their populations often naturally want to repay the favour, & they usually want them to just get the hell out of their freaking country.

They should try doing that, see if it makes a difference.

Consequences of actions has always been a weak point among American foreign policy and military wonks, Gezza. No one wants to listen to American strategists who do actually know what they are talking about.

Devastating…you spayed Kitty good and proper. On another level that’s a real scary montage on the right because the tenets of Islam means that montage will never change. Only death can relieve these nutters of their madness.
