when I see the notorious Sir Michael Fay mentioned,I…wince.

  2. I heard about a week ago, that the USA-VP stated that USA federal Drug laws, should be enforced over state laws (Med-cannabis 28 states, Rec-use 8 states etc.)

This morning i hear Mr T has invited the Pres. of the Philippines (Duterte) to the White-house, to discuss ‘the merits’ of their ramped up DRUG WAR, that has reportedly seen Govt. authorised militia/thugs, gun down 1000s of ‘drug offenders’ (most were users, not dealers).. led by the Pres. himself !!

Is this about institutionalised ‘ZERO-tolerance’ rather than actually ‘reducing harm’ (the stated aim)?? 😦
