They’ve had a black & white logo before haven’t they?
Moving to grey’s interesting – especially given the Grey Power target market.
Also interesting the arrow points to the Right.
Stylewise, I like it. Looks clean & modern to me.

Most of the ‘regulars’ here, will know that I’m a NZF supporter. I think it looks good, but wonder why they bothered. Good ideas don’t need a ‘makeover’, IMHO….

The old one looked harsh & old-fashioned patu. This one’s aimed at a younger catchment, I reckon.

The arrows are like something out of the 1970’s……..a relic of the past much like Winston.

It’s a hidden message I reckon: National *stars* joined with the ‘NZ First’ – arrows heading to the right……..

Ah, the good old days before ‘digital.’ Did your turntable cause your 33’s to have a slight wave when being spun?

Leaving Best of The Kinks in the sun on the lounge coffe table caused mine to have a very distinct wave in it.

My flatmate put me on to a handy trick, I got the iron out & ironed it flat again. It straightened out again something beautiful & looked great – but the weave pattern of the wet tea towel faithfully imprinted into the grooves made the whole exercise pointless, sorry to say. The Kinks had to be repurchased.

Makes me realise the current crop of other logos are dead boring, tbh.

Seeing everybody against great big blocks of the Party colours is visually awful too – Labour especially. Put anybody in a room painted all red for three days & they’d be highly likely to come out inexplicably angry about everything – which might explain something, when I think about that.

The Labour watery tomato soup colour at the campaign launch was very unflattering Maybe it was the lights, but it and the speakers looked drained.

Grey is, to me, a dull colour. It can look great, but it’s easy to get it wrong. My house has the wrong colour of grey carpet-boring. Plain grey loop-pile carpet, forsooth.

It’s the Spelling Nazi Rule trav. Correcting someone’s spelling on a public forum approximately quadruples the likliehood one’s very next post will contain at least one spelling error. Nobody knows why.

The funniest typo ever was ( I am not making this up) a Council ‘Public Health Meeting.’
