He needs to discuss this revelation with his Lefty mates and associated political rabble-rousers.

Wankers. Housing unaffordingly has risen in direct proportion to immigration. Demand and supply is an inviolate law of economics. PC media hasn’t the courage to address this one but it will play a big role in the election

So why hasn’t supply risen to meet demand? An inviolate law of economics?

As a fellow student of economics al you surely know the answer. Scarecity (sic) is the fundamental problem of economics

Yes, and we know why there is scarcity. Resource usage constraints combined with bureaucratic costs and delays. Also politicians having created the problems, and showing no sign whatever of fixing them, the escalating values of the available resources create incentives for holding them rather than selling or using them.

You’re a big picture man al. I respect you for that. Personally though I liked it the way it was …when the roads in my home town weren’t gridlocked and I wasn’t fighting for space on every square inch of common space with hordes of newly arrived immigrants from non assimilating cultures

It seems Labour & National’s leaders are not the only ones prepared to tell porkies about money.

Understandable. When one’s mind is totally fixated on hating on National every waking hour it’s probably difficult to get the synapses fired up into humour mode. Your made-up jokes always tend towards the sarcastic, which narrows down the range & should make things easier for you, but they’re often not actually very subtle or amusing. My suggestion, if you want to tell Al a genuinely funny one, is that you find & copy one somewhere from the internet, like you did the other day with the gorilla in the bar one, as they are more likely to be genuinely humourous.

I see. How would changing their:

          FAMILY NAME: ………………………….

conceivably change their circumstances such that they would then qualify for approval? Please elaborate.

A similar sting here would produce similar evidence of political bias and prejudice in our major news entities.

Really hope Mr Dawson doesn’t feel suicidal after receiving such a spectacular beat-down by a woman.

So you and she are happy that Mr Dawson’s editorial was apparently suppressed following complaints from “feminists”. This despite your rantings about Trump censoring media who disagree with him?

Furthermore Ms Graham’s claims are clearly utter b.s. as evidenced by the link she gives, see Fig 5, p13. The increase in male suicides is completely unrelated to either female suicides or to economic conditions. It does however coincide very well with the feminist revolution.

5:30 this morning RNZ had “Voices” about the Neo-Maori Party and immigration. Flavel said Maori “have nowhere else to go”. One of the NMP said immigration is good as it adds diversity. Calls for fewer whites (Mutu and Turia) were smoothed over. PI are veted due to gang membership – “but what about the alt-right”?

A few days back Katherine Ryan had a woman who had been in jail for dealing “mariuana” and had later become a lawyer and is now “abolitionist”. A day or two before I had watched a video on Foucault. I once heard Katherine Ryan say she “cut her teeth on racism in South Africa”. The tone was “prison is wrong” – period, not prison is not ideal but it’s the best we have. The discussion had Foucault stamped all over it.

  8. This is funny:

I dislike The Nation on TV3 and don’t often watch it.

If I want right wing opinion masquerading as current affairs I can tune into ZB or read the NZ Herald.

The elite opinions of wealthy broadcasters with a passing interest in politics are as insightful as a Ponsonby Road shopping catalogue.
