As part of Stuff’s ‘What if it was legal?’ series, we got two politicians from either side of the argument to debate the merits of cannabis reform. Here are four key moments from the debate between Green MP Julie Anne Genter and National’s Simon O’Connor.

Gender designation and gender identity are huge points of conversation around the world

This is in part thanks to brave celebrities like Caitlyn Jenner and Laverne Cox sharing their stories and raising the issue and problems like transphobia as something that needs to be addressed. Those conversations are leading to real change.

Complete idiocy from Mike Hosking as per usual http://www.newstalkzb.co.nz/on-air/mike-hosking-breakfast/audio/mikes-minute-the-scandal-of-bus-lanes/

If his hot air feels nice on your face, here’s an explanation of how incorrect it is:

Imagine how he’ll be right behind me when I mount protests, placards and parades against public transport. D’ya reckon he’ll agree to be quest celebrity at a public meeting with a few wise words about the stupidity of public transport?

Actually to be fair to the man, I think he knows we really can’t have only cars and trucks on the road. What Hosking is really against is the peasantry. He wants rid of them altogether with their bus and cycle lanes which are symbols of how his life is interfered with by them.
      😊

  4. Juana just put up a post complaining about some model who “…complains about man’s private texts by publicly shaming him on social media.”

I just can’t even… do these fools comprehend the irony in any measure at all, or are they really that fucking cognitively dissonant?
