This was a first for me . Never seen it before.

So I’m in a leafy middle-class suburb. Across the road from the residence I am at, a police car pulls up, a truck pulls up and three dudes jump out. One dude has papers in his hand. He and the officer approach the front door and knock. A bald-headed man opens the door. There is much gesticulating, then the bald headed man screams so loud even we could hear across the road….” I fakkn worked this out with Visa.” Not according to this came the reply as the remaining two men were signalled onto the property while the police officer constrained and moved the ‘served man’ to one side. What followed was a procession of high ends goods coming out of the property and then loaded onto the truck. The TV was to die for- huge. The bed was top notch. The head board looked like native timber. A huge round kitchen table and other essential items of middle class bliss followed.

People, when someone talks of ‘plastic fantastic,’ don’t believe them. Especially if that plastic has a name starting with V printed on it. Damn…and on a Saturday. What will the neighbours think?

It would never be me, I loathe huge televisions & wouldn’t have one as a gift. It was a wonderful feeling to pay off my credit card, even if the balance wasn’t huge by most standards-the interest is eye-watering ! When the Listener did a story on people who were finding it hard to make ends meet on what was then a very large income indeed, they all had big credit card debts for unnecessary things.

Who wouldn’t look, even for a few seconds ? Everyone’s attention is drawn by shouting. That’s what shouting is meant to do.

I was once threatened by Baycorp for a debt that I didn’t owe and never had owed.Scary !

I hate to have to agree with the slater, but this is insulting (it’s been said many times before, of course, as it’s been going on for many years)

If I was let into a maths degree course despite my having low marks because of my being racially Jewish, it would be pointless as I would fail anyway. Jamie Whyte said that the people who are let in with lower marks are being set up to fail after the first year…he’s probably right. In the US, black lawyers found that people assumed that they were less capable because later ones who wouldn’t have made it before were being let in to law schools because they were black.

This policy really is an insult to people of the races being targeted.

A young woman at Waikato left the university and blew the whistle because she was being given pass marks when she knew that she wasn’t academically up to it and felt that she was being patronisingly given a degree that she wasn’t earning.

I’m guessing only the very elite swimsuit flyers could pull off a stunt like that. You see how he’s battling to stay in control. Maybe Jeff Corliss?

She looks fairly happy in the shotgun position G. But you might be interested to know parachute sex is not uncommon. However this being a family show I’m unable to progress beyond this point

22o outside after a frost last night; the birds’ water had a layer of ice on it first thing.
