Any bloke wearing a hat with a tassle or a pom-pom on top can’t be taken seriously – unless they’re Scottish & they’ve got some kind of weapon, or are near to anything that could be conceivably be used as one. Just my opinion.

Actually the Scots are the only one of the Household Guards that don’t have a plume…. I think you need to widen your scope of acceptability. 😀

        No.Plumes are ok. 👍🏼 It’s pom-poms & tassles that are not!
(Mind you, though I wouldn’t want to argue with them, wearing a stacked up bearskin on your head in public in any other situation would probably have people wondering if you’d recently escaped from the funny farm. 💂🏻 )

Good to know where the line is drawn. 👍

I wouldn’t want to argue with them at all, I have seen some try and lets say they didn’t hang around to try and win the argument!

Watching Billy on tv3 right now,he sounds a bit unsure and stated national hasnt done any internal polling since Jacindas arrived on the scene(I’m sure I saw his nose grow a bit)plus in some sort of a way,ie stamering he stated his official’s have told him Aucklands fuel tax will be nation wide,a possible porky.

I prefer not to call people liars unless I know that they are. It’s a dreadful accusation.

If the fuel tax is nationwide, that will be a real votecatcher….I don’t think.

Newshub: “Mr English told The AM Show one of the reasons the Government rejected Mr Goff’s proposed regional fuel tax is that it just can’t be done.
“They can’t target it on the Auckland region. The companies simply pay the bill to the Government and to the council,” he said.
“I’m advised there’s no way you can actually show the money was collected only in Auckland.””

They will not put petrol up 10cents at the BP station in Newlands to pay for Auckland you can bet on that,

I think you’ll find English is saying fuel tax is paid for in bulk, not by individual stations.

It reminds me not just of Clegg but also Blair, and Obama. People have once again voted for an unwrinkled face, an image of youth helped by the MSM propaganda.
It didn’t take long for this globalist puppet to get found out, pity the French will have 7 years of him, the fools they should have learned from Britain’s experience of Cameron and Blair.
    ………….
And Jesus Trudeau got booed over his tar-sands comments and so backed down on his commitment to save the planet.

Check your short term memory. I scored only 76%. Last year it was 92%. Obviously the result of too much posting online and not enough living in the real world. I need to change that.
