The North Korean nuclear threat

It looks like the threat of war and possible nuclear threat in North Korea is growing.

I doubt if we will see a World scale war, but a limited nuclear war could have widespread effects.

I always thought that if nuclear war broke out we would have time to build a bunker here before the toxic cloud made it down to the southern hemisphere.

And if there wasn’t time there probably wouldn’t be any point.

This advice is quite dated but it may still be relevant.

methinks mr T is actually thicker than he looks.. most Int’l leaders are saying time for calm & diplomacy; he is threatening ‘hell fire & brimstone’ & all the B-S he can type on twitter.. but it sounds like mrK is not falling for it; calling his bluff with a 6th Nuke test.

IF its kicks off, anytime soon.. hopefully NZ will have the sense to take a back seat & stay out of it !

That wont be possible, especially if China decides to flex its ecomomic muscle.

I’ve looked at this from all sides and in my view Mr Squidward won’t stop until his chubby little digits hit the red button. The only option available to the US is to wait for this first strike. That is the only scenario that justifies a massive military response possibly nuclear. And that appears to be the only way to settle the matter. If it draws China in then we could possibly see the start of another big dustup.

Just been down to Mitre 10 to buy the missus a man sized shovel

    • “Mr Squidward won’t stop until his chubby little digits hit the red button” – by saying chubby does that mean you’re not referring to Trump?

Mr Squidward is the Korean to english google translation of ‘Supreme Leader’. I don’t believe Trump wants to be first to hit the button, but he won’t prevaricate if his hand is forced
