    Northland Age editor did a scathing (imho an alternative spin truth) piece on legalising cannabis.
    the resulting poll 57 for legalising …. 43 against.

    The question I would like to ask the 43 against is;
    Have you been affected by some one close to you that has taken
    P, E, LSD, Alcohol and then a puff? Then made a sweeping ‘gore list,’ like vote
    Are they against All Drugs like panadol and all those other chemical dols?
    Opiates kill too you know. Over dose of panadol resulting in death is Not that rare.

    If this was a binding referendum cannabis would be on its way to being legalised today.

      Further on from Patu post last night; Hillbilly Heroin;

      “Prescriptions for an addictive painkiller known as “hillbilly heroin” are growing at an alarming rate despite nationwide calls for doctors to curb its use.
      The opioid oxycodone is now the No 1 prescribed medication for chronic severe pain in New Zealand.”
      WTF!!!!!! it kills on average 90 Americans a DAY.
      Wake up and see the profit that BIG pharma are making and that’s the only thing that is relevant to them. IMHO

        Medical Cannabis relieves the Nationals arthritis gout severe back pain with NO deaths reported. With No inmates, in the slimmed down psych wards … if taken for pain, on an informed level.

        ‘The purpose of this bill is to make it legal for New Zealanders who are suffering from terminal illness or any debilitating condition to use cannabis or cannabis products with the support of a registered medical practitioner.
        Norml inform people of how to use cannabis.
        Which is much warranted in today’s strong products.
