traveller kicked things off with some awesome nostalgia; here’s my offering from 1971:

  4. I really like Sonia Dada best but no really good audio on youtube

  5. I was told that old Dotcom was marrying/married again-a young Asian woman. But I haven’t seen it anywhere. Surely he hasn’t found a third one willing to be Mrs Dotcom.

His girlfriend, whom he has said he plans to marry is Elizabeth Donnelly, a 22 year old European. How do I know this? Couldn’t possibly say…

Why is it so hard to believe Kitty? He seems to be a fun loving rogue, who can afford to do whatever he likes. Just because you don’t find ‘fuller figured men’ attractive, why shouldn’t someone else? I bet he treats her like a queen, & ‘spoils her rotten’. Lucky him, & lucky her 😛

He didn’t do too well with his other wives, and I would be hesitant to be Mrs Dotcom III. All his body language when he is with women is that of someone with a possession-the smirks and pointing-‘Look what I’ve got.’ It’s the way he acts with his cars and other possessions.

His attitude is what I would find objectionable. He could lose weight, but he can’t change his nature. He is a self-confessed control freak who was angry when he found that a new car had some safety features because he likes to be in total control (this was in his autobio, which I read a bit of before I tired of its praise of him by him)

don’t be so judgemental Kitty…next you’ll be telling us Lani didn’t marry Hagaman for his money..only his good looks.

          • I have no idea why the Hagamans married and as I was talking about the Dotcoms, I fail to see the relevance of the Hagamans. It’s possible that Lani Hagaman married for reasons other than shallow or materialistic ones; many peole do.

Look at the photos of KDC and ‘his’ women and see the possessive ‘this is mine’ body language as he points to them as if they were possessions..

I’m rather enjoying ‘the music of spring’ here. We have a birdhouse just outside our lounge door, which the same pair of birds return to every spring, to raise their young in. It is fascinating to watch the adults go quickly ‘to & fro’, collecting food for the little ones inside, whose hunger is insatiable, judging by the constant chirping from within. In that way, they are not too dissimilar from the humans who live in the big house next door… 😉

    • It’s DIY for bird accommodation here. They have a free restaurant & bath, they can’t expect houses as well.

I designed and built a luxury birdhouse with a viewing deck (that also served as a cat-climb barrier as well) & set it up on top of the stump of a *miniature conifer* I had to take down when it got too big. But all it did was sit there & look good. No birdies ever took up residence. Eventually a pet shop owner said it sounds like the entrance hole is too big. It seems birds will only inhabit a birdhouse with an entrance of the exact right size for their species.

I have heard that before, and it does seem to be so, but the Grey Warblers must be the exception to the rule. The ones in the city have a massive (in comparison to them) front door-the equivalent of a large ranch-slider.

I see birds squeezing through tiny holes that they can only just go through. One that I see is such a tight fit that I keep expecting to see Birdy stuck in it.

Very excellent! The above results speak for themselves! Prepare to be ‘roasted’, every one of you ‘pollytishuns’ 😀 The great thing about the internet, is that if I can find a letterhead online, I can write whatever I like beneath it. Don’t worry Pete, I’ll ‘keep it seemly’ 😀

Having had a few minutes to think, I’m going to restrict my criticism (& fake letterheads) to the party I voted for. I encourage everyone else to do the same, because it is very easy, and very entertaining…

I already pretty much do restrict my criticisms to the party you voted for.

            • Patu, did you realise that he is after all your private emails, texts and letters ? He told m-ooops, I mean, I heard it from someone that you are one of the ones whose correspondence he is demanding to see.
