      The duty was actually 220% but still a bit over the top. Iv no doubt Canada dose subsidise too much but as a twist from a rival

      One way of solving a problem. Not for Boeing though.

    More than 17 people have been killed and over 100 injured in a suicide vehicle bombing at a Government Compound in Kabul. The Taleban has claimed responsibility. The attacker was driving an ambulance packed with explosives, got past a first police checkpoint into a heavily guarded area, & blew up at a second police checkpoint near the former Interior Ministry building.
