Obama and Clinton revisited

For those who complain about the attention Trump keeps getting from media, he is not the only one under ongoing scrutiny:

That is looking back ten years.

And…

One should expect the current President of the United States of America to attract the most attention compared to past presidents and failed candidates.

So is there the accompanying media blitz available that is equal to the current anti Trump rhetoric ?

The difference is the heat should have been put on these two when they were in office.

Why bother to bowdlerise the word bitch ? Or any word, when it’s going to be read as what it is ? Either say it or use another word. It seems particularly odd in the US which prides itself on freedom of speech. What would they say when the bitch is a dog ?

What a pig-if that wasn’t an insult to pigs. Who is he to refer to anyone in that repulsive way ? He’s hardly the White House’s answer to George Clooney himself. The braying audience was not a very edifying sight.

Can you imagine John Key, Bill English, Andrew Little or any of our male politicians using those expressions in public ??? I can’t.

The word misogynist is used loosely and usually wrongly-but I’d say that it fits Trump well. He seems to display a real hatred of women and contempt for them.

Grey walls don’t speak. Please remember Trumpy is a male chauvinist pig. If he didn’t say those things in public his support base would look down upon him as one of those effeminate snivelling type of men who march in support of women’s rights.

I hope not. One doesn’t have to be a disgusting, foul-mouthed slob or a wimpy PC type,

            Why only grey walls ?

It’s hard to imagine even Winston Peters talking like that, and he’s said some offensive things. I can’t imagine the others even saying it in private or thinking like that-and I have no time for Andrew Little ! But how anyone could vote for a man who spoke like that is beyond me.

“Corky”,there’s something about your need to periodically trumpet your macho heterosexuality that I find a little…. suspicious.

Stop diverting me from doing the really interesting work of house cleaning. My new vacuum has only been here a fortnight, but it’s time to make it earn its keep.

I cut my lawns at 7 pm last nite, when they were finally in shade. Too hot during the day. The lawn moas do their best to trim the grass but they’re a bit haphazard & they only trim the grass they like. I didn’t use the catcher so my vacuum cleaner will be getting a workout today too, there are a few grass clippings on the carpet.

The humidity is not only horrible to live with, it makes the grass grow like mad. One would expect to be let off mowing at this time of year, but no. It doesn’t even have the decency to spare us that. I need to sweep the path and other places but haven’t the energy. I only used the catcher because I wanted some compost-but the grass was so long in some places that it would have been a real mess without it, I usually hold the flap open with a strip of material tied across and let the grass fly out as, er, mulch.

It was just as hot at 7pm. I do it in the morning and get it over.

My new vacuum cleaner had a workout-what a shaming amount ended up in it. The new see-through ones are good, but can be embarrassing. That lizard who nearly went up the other one had a lucky escape. I caught that one in my cupped hand, which was a surprise. I think that it was disoriented by the vacuum.
