When Mr T said ‘Make America Great’ & USA comes first etc. maybe he did not realise; ‘It is LONELY at the TOP’.. even the EU/UK are pulling back from their SMUG/selfish approach

usual glacial approach of the F.M.A…2008 showed up the very same problems with financial..’advisors’.

There is no actual wrongdoing in there, unless someone can prove bad faith advice was given by advisors. But looking at my insurance bills, I’d rather the trips were stopped and the costs came down.

I hope the Government are taking a good long look at people with Maori sounding names buying all our property!

It’s good to see how business savvy the Iwi have been or have become. They lost some, they sold some, but now through the settlement process and wise investments there is a fantastic asset base being built up for the well run tribes.
It will be interesting how much flows down to the ones who need the support the most – could solve a lot of issues.

For clarity, the post was dig at the government, not at successful Iwi, who deserve respect.

the ‘dig’ is a hollow one.You would be blind if you did not accept as you have, albeit belatedly, that buyers with ‘chinese sounding surnames’ have had a huge influence on the ..property market.
