What’s President Trumpy up to? First he’s pardoning drug dealers… now this. Rest assured it’s all part of a cunning plan. But he needs to be careful. He has so many things in play he may wind up like the New Zealand Labour Party.

That’s certainly what they look like. Or Putin’s apparatchiks.

Quite appropriate names when you think of their jobs.

              Juncker’s got a c in it, btw.

I notice that Trudeau is taller than Trump and his hands are bigger. Wouldn’t be surprised it that’s got something to do with Trump’s animosity. 😕

Yes I’m sure you’re right – Trump would be wanting those bigger hands on display when he gets into his sari or kimono for stupid photo ops.
              Can’t see it, can you?

Trudeau’s Liberal Party just got wiped out in the Ontario provincial elections. Lost 51 of its 58 seats after governing for 15 years. Conservatives won. Liberals fell below the 8 seat threshold to get party recognition and funding.

              @ Maureen
              Nup. Can’t see it, either.

Some country’s leaders can pull that sort of thing off easier than others.

Which one? Not him either, he was up there on the cringe-meter as well.

As long as they all only apply reciprocal tariffs to the US I don’t see a problem. If American products become too much more expensive we can just buy the Chinese versions like we already do. And if anyone here HAS to have a Hummer or a Hog, no skin off my nose if they have to pay more.

        Trudeau’s unemployment rate is 5.8%. Trump’s is 3.9%

Those little hands are doing good work.

The Bill proposes to leave cannabis laws up to States. Gets rid of the problem of sale & use being legal under state law in some states but illegal under federal law. Seems crazy to have a patchwork of sometimes diametrically opposed cannabis laws across the country but I guess the thing to remember about the states is that they are more like self-governing countries within an empire than a truly unified nation.

Thing is – will Trump still feel the same way tomorrow as today on the subject, and the day after?

  6. WTF is he trying to get involved for?

“I will be flying to Singapore for the historical Summit. I’ll give whatever support is needed to my friends, @realDonaldTrump and Marshall Kim Jong Un,” Rodman said in a Twitter post.

There was no indication Rodman would be involved in any official talks at Tuesday’s summit in Singapore. The White House did not immediately comment on his announcement.

However, Trump, before leaving to attend the Group of Seven summit in Canada, was asked whether Rodman was invited to Singapore and he said, “No, he wasn’t.”

Perhaps he thinks he’s a good negotiator.

The G7 is an anachronism without China, Russia, India and with the EU bureaucrats poncing around as though it is a real country.
