Double whammy for Aotearoa as Aussies deport Kiwi crooks. Have the Aussies got the right idea?

    The figures:

    1388 crooks repatriated.
3000 crimes committed by those repatriated.
    99 are presently incarcerated.

This year alone these crooks are implicated in over 1000 crimes.

    Over to you Andy.

Yes, what strikes me is their news media daily reporting acts of politically motivated killings and destruction and sabotage with little if any attempt at assigning blame and condemnation. Their MSM seems to have been rendered acquiesent either by intimidation or takeover. Their courts seem to be a lone last beacon attempting justice and decency despite the police and prosecution services being horribly corrupted. The ANC has been destroyed by its corrupt northern tribal roots and is in turn destroying the country. Ramaphosa may or may not be slowing that down.

Sure does. The Secret Service will know every aspects of this idiots life. He will wonder why he’s always called over for airport security checks. He will wonder why he can’t get certain jobs. Typical Democrat. Thick.

People don’t care that Trump mounted the loose Daniels woman. What they do care about is that he draws a line between the citizen and the illegal who crosses the border (unlike the Democrats who think border control is racist.

      • Kitty Catkin

         /  August 23, 2018

I suspect that the Secret Service aren’t that interested in one person with a placard and have more important things to think about than his details. He isn’t breaking the law in any way, he’s not making threats, he’s just holding up a placard. If everyone who did that was targeted by the Secret Service, their computers would blow out. What grounds would anyone have for wasting everyone’s time at airports and the rest ?

People probably care that he did it and lied about it, and acts like a wonderful husband and father. No wonder his wife won’t let him touch her.

             /  August 23, 2018

Obviously some people care but if you are (say) going to war do you care if the General is a philanderer.? No, you want an individual who will get you out of a scrape?
Do you care if someone is trying to pick a fight and a bouncer comes along covered in tats. You don’t ask “is he a good family man?”

            • Kitty Catkin

               /  August 23, 2018

Totally irrelevant to this issue. The bouncer isn’t lying about his past and nor is the general.

            • sorethumb

               /  August 23, 2018

It doesn’t bother me as long as Trump takes on the main issues. Trump is a nationalist; the others are globalists. Globalism is o.k to those on the upper decks, a bit like rising house prices: it wasn’t a problem until people on Public Address started commenting about (Auckland) house prices.

            • Kitty Catkin

               /  August 24, 2018

A bouncer isn’t the elected leader of his country. If a leader lies about some things, they look and are untrustworthy. I don’t give a damn about the bouncer’s private life, he’s there to guard me, not to take actions that could destabilise the country.

I think you need to research the security measures around the White House and the lengths the Secret Service go to to protect the President.

Unless that picture is photo-shopped any fuckwit holding such a sign in front of the WhiteHouse will come under scrutiny.

          • Kitty Catkin

             /  August 23, 2018

            I think that you do.

It’s not against the law to hold up a placard, to the best of my knowedge. That person isn’t behaving in a threatening manner. If they put every person who’s held up an anti-Trump poster under surveillance and did what you imagine, it would be an enormous task.

               /  August 23, 2018

If Corky is stupid enough to imagine that the secret service would be interested in investigating & persecuting people who are not breaking any law, who are exercising their right to freedom of expression and not causing a breach of the peace….he’s welcome to do so. It’s not a debate, it’s a fool babbling about something he knows nothing about and refusing to see reason.

He must think that the secret service haven’t much to do.

Thiese women are across the road from the White House; they are not doing anything illegal,

Odd as that might seem to Corky, peaceful protest is not a crime in the US, as far as I know !

They had Trump supporters on One News tonight. Most said Trump is the man for the times- you don’t have to like him as a person. Another supporter when asked about his lying, simply said” they all lie.” And that’s bang on the money. The difference is Trump hasn’t got time, or the ability, to cover his tracks well. Plus he carries much baggage from his personal life other boring presidents don’t have.

And that’s what hate-filled liberals don’t get. They should read Winston Churchill’s political history and how the British public viewed him, supported him, and ultimately knifed him.

        It’s all about the times.

    From Stuff
“Auckland’s hospital buildings will be getting a $305 million upgrade.

On Thursday morning, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced the money would go into upgrading and repairing Auckland City Hospital, Starship Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre.

Ardern said that in this year’s Budget, the government had set aside $750m of new funding for capital projects, and Thursday’s announcement means $275m of that would be spent on the three central Auckland hospital buildings.”

So Ardern has so little going on, no doubt distracted elsewhere, that she is announcing what was in the budget a couple of months ago. Clearly hospitals in Auckland arnt falling down and in the usual budget allocation there is the usual amounts being spent on maintaining our infrastructure.

    • robertguyton

       /  August 23, 2018

Was it specified in the Budget, or was what Ardern said news, you know, new?

      • duperez

         /  August 23, 2018

Who cares what it is. If it was a nothing there’d be a shrug of the shoulders, a “Yeah, whatever.” If Ardern wasn’t publicly announcing something like that and was simply in offices planning, talking and doing whatever people do in offices, there’d be the lament, “Ardern too tired from baby to be doing anything.”

There’d be no surprise to see, “Auckland getting massive part of new infrastructure budget” as a moan.

Hats off to Ardern for the announcement – not for being involved, not for the money, not for presenting specific details about what was in the budget or what it might achieve but for presenting a positive chance for negativity to keep some citizens unhappy.

Ardern has so little going on, no doubt distracted elsewhere? How much ‘o little going on’ to come up with that, to need to come up with that?

    Danger Time In The Pacific.

Heard the tail end of an interview on the radio. Tonga is calling on other island nations to help sway China to wipe their debt. Tonga is in hock to China for the unsustainable sum of
    45% of GDP.

Michael Laws is right. Any Tongans with brains now live in New Zealand. Someone needs to tell these idiots China will wipe nothing…but they will offer suggestions of how the debt may be wiped without causing pain. Maybe a military base, a research centre ( with heaps of aerials) a super large embassy.

Boy, this will have Western security agencies sweating. 5 eyes could become 3 eyes very quickly.
