What does ‘being investigated’ mean. I heard the interview with a person from the Police College who said something about alcohol and some “low level” silly behaviour.

Does that mean 11 people were drinking and being rowdy, someone complained, a senior person asked “What the hell’s going on?” Those who turned Aaron Smith in an airport dunny with a woman into ‘War and Peace,’ will be in a lather.

meanwhile the Police Assn. are looking at the possible issues; ‘post-reeferendum’ ?
IF there is a ‘YES’ vote, for law reform.. beyond current Prohibition (MODA 75) :/
