Saturday night culture

I’ve had a busy day.  I spent the afternoon at the end of year concert and prize giving of the Dunedin School of Ballet and Dance. This is not usually my sort of thing, but children and grandchildren get you to experience things you wouldn’t otherwise see.  While there were a wide variety of skills it was an enjoyable afternoon.

And coincidentally, one of the performers is having a sleepover here tonight, so I looked up some stuff on Youtube to show here – and Swan Lake was an obvious thing to check out – the dance of the little swans is always good.

But then I chanced upon this. It is amazing. really amazing – the best blend of ballet and acrobatics.  It’ worth watching through.
