   Russia Gate is really hotting up if this is true!

   Whenever Russiagate peddlers are confronted w/ the actual facts, it doesn't go so well.    There are reports that there has been a shooting at the Christmas Market in Strasbourg, the gunman is on the run. He allegedly open fired killing one and injuring nine. There are very few other details at the moment, though it has been reported that the MEPs and EU staff are in lockdown at the EU parliament in Strasbourg.

     The reports are now saying four dead and up to 11 people injured in the shooting.

     It has also been reported that the gunman was known to the police.

     The police are treating the attack as a terrorist incident and anti terror prosecutors have opened a case.

     The gunman is reportedly still in the run, and French and German border authorities have strengthened checks at the border.

   Remaining with France, there was a report (uncorroborated) earlier that the Yellow Vest protestors have rejected Macron’s concessions and are making further demands, and also threatening to continue protesting. They are expecting to hit the streets again this weekend.

   Meanwhile the EU have given a warning to France that they will be watching their deficit after all the promises made yesterday to ensure they don’t breach EU rules.

   All major news outlets are reporting that the 48 letters of no confidence in the leader have been received by the Chairman of the Conservatives 1922 committee.

   We won’t know for certain for a day or two as the Chairman will formally advise Theresa May first before announcing the vote if no confidence in her leadership.

   Perhaps Macron should have delivered his speech from somewhere a little more frugal in appearance. I presume the gold desk and opulence would only reaffirm the resolve of the yellow-vests.
