Interesting reading all Right Lurchy … and Merri Kirihimete to you …

Politics, it seems, is all about inflaming people’s passions rather than reasoned compassion.

Let’s hope that with NZFirst gone – which surely they are – it doesn’t leave us with just a two horse race … and effectively back at First Past the Post?

Its not first past the post, where a party could have MPs by winning electorates out of all proportion to the total vote. As long as we have list Mps and the second party vote ( which decides the total number of MPs) we dont have FPP.
As for NZF , who remembers now when national last voted for the UN Migration resolution. or even who remembers, when in 2016 John Key offered to Australia to bring 150 refugees from Nauru to NZ

Don’t eat so much that you look like you are suffering like this person

He looks as if he’s holding back a giant fart.

His body language is interesting; that gesture is very revealing.

No, I disagree. I’ve studied that pic very closely now, and he looks like he’s about to let it rip !

Breaking News; White House Security on Full Alert as windows are blown out in the Oval Office and the building is rocked by a loud explosion. The cause has yet to be identified, but the damage seems to be limited to the Oval Office. There is a strong smell of sulphur which has necessitated the wearing of Hazchem gear.

We will provide more information as it comes in.

    Today’s Helpful Hint

If you live behind a fence with a stream on the other side that has pukekos, don’t leave a coffee mug full of freshly-made coffee on the fence-post while you quickly do something that needs doing because one of them particularly a female may like freshly-made coffee.

Don’t leave one where the cat, who likes coffee, will take a mouthful of it when it’s too hot and spray it in all directions.

If you’re ill and in bed, and the cat sleeps with you, put a cover on your glass of water. I didn’t, woke up to find that the level seemed a bit low, thought that I must have been mistaken and drank a little, woke up again to find the cat drinking from my glass.

That’s sacrilege, I’m afraid, Lurchy. Better check out cryogenics because otherwise you’re headed for a bad place, post-mortem.

I wonder if anyone will make those sugary, fatty, sickly marshmallow balls. I’d have to be starving, the recipe gives you toothache and indigestion just reading it.

Speaking of which I would like to extend my congratulations and best wishes to 1ewes at 6 for not featuring anything at all about Neve’s first Christmas or even anything about her old man and old lady.

        Keep up the good work.

PS: Who is the new, (as usual) good-looking, young, blonde, Sheila who presented 1ewes at 6 last night and tonight? I think one reporter might’ve called her Anna but I haven’t got a clue who she is and I don’t know if they put the name on screen at the start cos I missed the first couple of secs both nights. Anybody know?
