Blimey, Possum! I used to have lots of hair. Now it’s just enough for the mad professor look that entertains Mrs Al.

Anyway, best wishes for all the denizens of Pook Manor.

And a curse upon the weka that squawked at the end of our morning walk and sent the dogs charging into the mud that made a mess of the ute and gave me a half hour dog clean up when I got home. They seem to do it deliberately to send the dogs nuts while they dive into the bushes and laugh.

The loony ‘spray and walk away’ scientist who raves about 30 Seconds and even wears a white dressing gown and towel ?

Cats have a good larf at dogs who can’t reach them; I’m sure that the paw-sucking is the cat version of the finger. I sometimes have them sitting on the narrow fence beams while Fido goes berserk below and the cat gives him the paw-sucking gesture.

Possum; I like possums and don’t at all mind them coming into my garden. It’s annoying when they bust branches and have tantrums on the bird table, throwing the fruit stands onto the lawn.
