National Government had its own program for centralising of schools administration into hubs too – I forget the ‘catchphrase ‘ they used
national has teachers amoung its MPs too, but almost always doesnt use them as Minister of Education.

Bullying is strongly resisted in schools now or rather they have policies discouraging it but watching Parliamentary Question time shows it isn applied at that level.
I have in the past been critical of Chis Hipkins but he seems to be doing well with a traditionally difficult portfolio!
