Good to see finally the Russia hoax coming to its logical conclusion with the application to the judge to drop the charges against General Flynn. The behavior by the top Obama people is chilling and regardless of who is President this should never have been allowed to happen.
I would guess the next few weeks are going to see some more pretty ugly revelations. The Democrat Schiff is sitting on a ton of testimony that is cleared for release but he wont release.

        • 2 men charged with murder in fatal shooting of black jogger in Georgia

Two men have been arrested and charged with murder in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man whose family said he was jogging on the day he was killed, officials from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced Thursday night. The shooting of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery, which took place February 23, ignited racial tensions across Georgia.

Arbery was confronted by Gregory McMichael and his son, Travis, who shot Arbery before he collapsed and died, according to the bureau.

Gregory, 64, and Travis, 34, were both charged with murder and aggravated assault.

          https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ahmaud-arbery-video-2-men-arrested-fatal-shooting-black-jogger-georgia-2020-05-07/

It has been becoming increasingly controversial, but arrests happened soon after a video of the shooting was released online.

Two men “who still maintain that they believed Arbery was a possible burglary suspect” decided to confront him with obviously loaded weapons on a suburban street, which is bad enough.

The district attorney who previously led the investigation told police he did not see grounds for an arrest of the McMichaels or the man who recorded it from his vehicle, according to a memo obtained by USA TODAY.

“It appears it was their intent to stop and hold this criminal suspect until law enforcement arrived,” Barnhill wrote. “Under Georgia law, that is perfectly legal.”

Stop and hold; well, they did that. Too bad that he wasn’t doing anything but go for a run.

I remember a case when a man rang the police to say that the house next door was being burgled and ignored the operator’s request not to go out there with a gun. He said that he was going to, did so and shot two men dead. He was charged but walked free.

They were not playing vigilante, they were vigilante’s. They will almost certainly be convicted of murder.

Black men getting murdered in America is an everyday occurrence,. The rare occurrence in this case is that the perpetrators are white. That is very unusual. 93% of black men being murdered are murdered by black men.

You never comment at all on this plague. One the one rare time a crime is committed by someone you call ‘white’ here you are. Doesn’t this make you racist?

A little nippy at 13°C with a 4km/hr Easterly, but looks like it’ll be a fine day.

Good day to finish off painting the upper floor burglar alarm box with its 2nd coat of white paint, & then finish off the kitchen wall repaint. Just removed all fittings prior to wall prep.

Will get up on the roof & do the security alarm box first, while there’s hardly any wind. Finish the kitchen later. Don’t really like painting, so I tend to muck around a bit with other things before getting stuck in – but I always end up with a professional-looking finish.

Might go for a drive sometime today.

months not munce…lockdown has not prevented you from mowing your lawns…plenty of time….must be laziness.

            • (A) Munce is Cockney pronunciation for months, as you’d know if you’d been to London

              (B) There’s been a drought on, which you seem to have failed to notice and lawns have been dried up until just recently when they began to grow again with the rain that we have had. You might like to mow dead grass and bare soil, most people would see it as waste of time.

The word NEEDED is a clue.

Why you would attribute the lack of rain to lockdown is a mystery.

Unemployment is increasing across the world due to lockdowns, it’s a global economy. All tourism has stopped, this alone will have a major impact. The simple truth is Sweden will be far less impacted than counties that have locked down. The data shows this very clearly. Your lies do not change this.

Norway, locked down, worst unemployment since WW2.

          https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-03-24/norway-jobless-rate-soars-to-highest-since-wwii-as-crisis-hits

Norway has a population of 5.4 million. It’s unemployed increased at 12 TIMES that of Sweden.

  6. Recently Pink David smeared me using a combination of gaslighting and outright lies to claim that I would condone a man raping a woman if that man shared a similar political leaning to me. PD’s comments were disgusting and ignorant. I’ve prepared the following in response to Pink David’s gaslighting, lies, and smears. Sorry about the length of this post but his bullshit deserves a full-throttled rebuttal.

WHY I STRUGGLE TO BELIEVE THE SEX ACCUSATIONS AGAINST JOE BIDEN

It’s well established that Biden has over the years touched women in a way that some have said made them uncomfortable, and Biden has acknowledged this publicly. But there are also pictures of Biden touching other men as well, just the same as he’s said to have touched women. However, no-one has accused Biden of sexual assault – until Tara Reade. I’d like to believe her story but I struggle to. This is why:

    1. Tara Reade’s different stories
She has changed her claims about Biden so many times that I have no idea which of Tara Reade’s different stories to believe. The inconsistencies are extreme:

    On Joe Biden…
Mar 2019: He touched my shoulder and I did NOT consider it sexual misconduct
Dec 2019: He sexually harassed me
Jan 2020: He had his staff ask me to serve drinks, which I consider sexual harassment
    Mar 2020: He raped me

    On who I complained to…
May 2019: Three supervisors and Senate personnel
Dec 2019: Two supervisors and Senate personnel, the report is in the national archives
Apr 2020: One supervisor and Senate personnel, the report has disappeared
May 2020: Senate personnel, but my report did not accuse Joe Biden of either harassment or sexual assault

    I left my job because…
Before 2018: I left because my husband got a job offer elsewhere
Dec 2018: I wanted to protest American imperialism and xenophobia … oh, and I love Russia with all my heart
Apr 2019: I left voluntarily, I blamed Joe’s staff, and Joe doesn’t know why I left
    Mar 2020: Joe fired me

    2. The Senate Ethics Committee
At the time Reade supposedly made her complaint, a certain Republican Senator Mitch McConnell was on the Senate Ethics Committee and was investigating Republican Senator Bob Packwood for sexual harassment. The inquiry began in December 1992 and didn’t end until September 1995.
If Reade complained then her complaint would have been sent to McConnell in the middle of the Packwood investigation because Senate rules require an official hearing by the Ethics Committee.
The odds are zero that McConnell would pass up an opportunity to skewer a Democrat senator for the same behaviour as Packwood was accused of. Unless McConnell knew the claims were bogus.

    3. Vetting for Vice President
If, in fact McConnell did have access to the supposed Reade complaint, then he didn’t open his file when Biden was vetted for the Vice Presidency in 2008. The odds of McConnell not tabling the so-called ‘facts’ during Biden’s vetting are less than zero.
It’s completely implausible that McConnell and the Republicans had two election cycles to weaponise Reade’s claims but didn’t say a word. Unless they all knew the claims were bogus.

    4. Reade’s neighbour changed her story
    Reade’s neighbour Lynda LaClasse:
Before 2020: Reade told me a story about Biden being touchy but it wasn’t big. I forgot about it.
April 2020: Tara recently contacted me and ‘reminded me’ that Biden had raped her

“Remembering somebody putting their hands up your skirt — that’s something you don’t forget,” LaCasse said on April 29, 2020. Yet apparently LaCasse forgot that she had been told by an at-one-time close friend and confidante that she had been sexually assaulted by one of the nation’s leading political figures – Tara Reade had to call her ex-neighbour and remind her – doesn’t seem credible.

    5. Reade’s brother changed his story as well
In April, 2020, British-American columnist Nathan Robinson described how he had coached Reade’s brother to change his story to align with Reade’s.

    6. Reade’s general lack of credibility
The question of her general credibility makes Reade’s accusation seem even less solid.
For example, her well documented record of fluffing Vladimir Putin, denying Putin’s crimes, and gushing over his manliness doesn’t just make her look like a flake. She has also tangled herself into knots denying ever having said or done things with respect to Putin that she is lying about. Likewise, her chronology of her own evolution in thinking about Putin is contradicted by the evidence.
The record of Reade’s work for a small non-profit horse rescue in CA (“Pregnant Mare Rescue”) is particularly disturbing. The people who worked with her there described her as a liar, a crook, a con artist, and a highly intelligent manipulator of other people. Reade:
    – hid a car on the Rescue property “so it won’t be repossessed”
    – pilfered items from a charity raffle
    – secretly charged her own veterinarian bills to the non-profit
    – lied about nearly everything else regarding her association with Pregnant Mare Rescue

Reade seems like the kind of person you learn not to trust and not to take anything at face value with. It’s not to say that some or all of her stories about Biden can’t be true. It does strongly suggest however that her word can’t be trusted – whether it’s her word now, or her word 25+ years ago.

    7. Other accusations against Biden
Eva Murray claimed she was sexually harassed by presumptive Democratic Party presidential nominee Joe Biden when she was 14 years old. She claimed that Biden complimented her on the size of her breasts at the First State Gridiron Dinner & Show in Delaware in 2008.
The only problem with her story is that Biden and the event organisers have conclusive proof that he didn’t attend that dinner in 2008.
So Murray changed her story and claimed instead that it happened in 2007.
But the problem with that version is that Biden and the event organisers also have conclusive proof that he didn’t attend in 2007 either.
Murry is the niece of former Republican Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell. O’Donnell was in the middle of a heated campaign against Biden when he allegedly harassed her niece. Murray claimed she told her family about Biden’s harassment immediately after it happened. Yet this never came up as an issue during O’Donnell’s campaign as opposition against Biden. As with Mitch McConnell there is no way on earth that O’Donnell would not have weaponised this in her campaign. Unless Murray’s claims were bogus.

    8. Other accusations by Republican provocateurs
Pro-Trump provocateurs like Jacob Wohl have found a fertile niche drumming up fake sexual harassment allegations that end comically badly, including against former FBI Director Robert Mueller (who turned out to have been serving jury duty the day he was supposed to have committed the assault) and Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren (whose supposed victim was a 24-year-old Marine).
Republican provocateurs have even tried to go after Dr Anthony Fauci. Just two weeks ago Diana Rodriguez alleged that when she was 20 years old, in 2014, she’d been sexually assaulted by Fauci. In her statement Rodriguez wrote that “He looked rich and powerful, and I love smart men with grey hair. He told me all about his fantastic career in medicine, so I went upstairs … Now, when I see him on TV touted as some kind of hero, I want the nation to know the truth. This is my truth. This is my story.”
But it wasn’t her truth, her story. Just yesterday Diana Rodriguez (whose name turns out to be Diana Andrade) admitted her story was entirely made up by her and Jacob Wohl, her former boyfriend. She even voluntarily released a 10-minute long recording of Wohl putting her up to the scam.
Reade’s so-called complaint against Biden fits the same mould.

    ———————

I could add plenty more – like the fact the DC Police investigated Reade’s claim and closed the file on her, like the NYTimes investigation that found major falsehoods in Reade’s claims, like the WaPo and AP investigations that corroborated the NYTimes investigation, like Biden’s specific invitation that the National Archives release all personnel records on Biden’s staff (in contrast to Kavanaugh who hid behind the GOP trying to silence Christine Blasey Ford) , and so on – but if you’ve read this far then you will understand that I don’t need to.

That’s why I struggle to believe the sex accusations against Joe Biden. And that’s why Pink David’s fake accusations are gaslighting lies and a disgusting and baseless smear.
I’ve said my piece. You can say what you like but it doesn’t change anything above.

No. My last sentence is simple gaslighting Ishmael’s gaslighting. It’s quite amazing how facts and evidence are now of importance in the Reade case against Biden, when they were of zero utility for Ishmael when it was Ford making accusations with zero evidence and the calls were all ‘believe!’.

Amusing also to see Biden being defended by the very process he is campaigning to have removed from the law.

The only thing Ishmael is interested in is power. A Karen trying to control people. Gaslighting us all behind a fake narrative of ‘justice’.

Lurcher, have the Chinese offered you a good deal on a new heart they will harvest from some poor prisoner in a Chinese jail?

If you find yourself welcoming being rescued by China, they you will have have a devils price to pay.

Chinese meth has been interrupted by stoppage of containers.
Mexicans have been turning from cocaine which is not so attractive today, to meth.
Hence the quick trip to LA.
