/ 31st May 2020If anyone doubts the police are professional liars this should suffice:
The Herald’s information request was lodged in November, soon after the trial began, but documents were not released until this month.
Legally OIA requests are required to be responded to within 20 working days. Police said the delay was due to “workload volumes”.

/ 31st May 2020The plot thickens with PR speak and probable mayhem behind the scenes. Why Louisa wants to hang around when she’s not wanted is beyond me. I guess she realises outside of parliament she becomes more of a nobody living on a pittance.

/ 31st May 2020Its a mystery as to why Wall is so unpopular with her party, they just dont like her. Maybe its a race thing or perhaps the Labour party is riven with homophobes.

/ 31st May 2020Off to Russell today with the whanau, via the ferry. Easterly gales, heavy rain and flooding forecast. Have 4 wheel drive ute with limited slip diff and stout towrope. Flotation aids for mokos, adults all strong swimmers
What could possiblie go wrong
Alan Wilkinson
/ 31st May 2020Why??? Yesterday was lovely, today will be the pits.
Alan Wilkinson
/ 31st May 2020Guests at the cabins attempted to summit the little hill behind the cabins in their Subaru Legacy last night. Much amusement from the ladies watching while feeding their horses. Apart from the really mean gradient at the top the rain on Friday hadn’t helped the grip either so no surprise they didn’t make it. Managed to back down safely enough to stop and walk up.

/ 31st May 2020Another calm clear day here in Dunedin. Not hot, still about 8 degrees, but easy to dress for the temperature if it’s calm and dry.
Trying to decide which beach to go to today.
We’ve had only 12.4 mm of rain in the last 30 days, most of that (9.6 mm) up to 5 May. But with little wind and heavy dews things haven’t dried out too much.
Alan Wilkinson
/ 31st May 2020Tipped out my overflowing rain gauge yesterday. Forecast was up to 100mm today. Had a heavy shower earlier but now gentle. Gales forecast for tonight.

With the lack of real knowledge you go into scummy conjecture mode to paint as festering a picture as you can. AW reckons today might be the pits. Some have a default setting which is well there.

/ 31st May 2020I’m guessing filing for divorce wasn’t hard to do. To hazard a guess, I would say their relationship was coming to an end; money was tight…and the future was quite easy to foretell. Time to put this bad dream behind me and move on.

The filing for divorce was done days ago and was publicised at the time.
Corky
/ 31st May 2020It’s not pointless if you use the story as a probability exercise. I looked at the house. The wife is a babe. Her husband had anger issues. However, is he a blanket racist? He seemed to get on well with Latinos and Asians ( naturally). He just had a problem with blacks. I have a problem with Muslims…does that make me a cultural racist?
All these things can be pondered. Whether we will never know the full story wasn’t the point of my post.

That’s not a protester. That’s a looter. And there are plenty of them out there, looting, rather than protesting. Opportunistic criminals is what they are. Exploiting & fanning the riots. Preying on everyone.

/ 31st May 2020Golriz Ghahraman seems to have made a Twitter twit of herself again. Wasn’t fully paying attention but there was a 1News at 6 item on her.
Probably hoping to capitalise on the US riots, she apparently tweeted that in NZ the police Armed Response Teams have shot only Maoris & pacific islanders. They actually haven’t shot anybody during the period of their (inadequate) trial.
She’s had to apologise, & claims that it was posted in error as she was editing part of a longer message.
The police have shot people during this period, but members of the ARTs haven’t.
Kitty Catkin
/ 31st May 2020Some blimmin error. Sorry, Golriz, that’s not good enough.

I’m in agreement to some extent with Corky on the matter of not wanting to grow the Muslim population in NZ. Especially not the more fundamentalist types. And Ghahraman would probably be the biggest political advocate for doing so.
