/ 25th July 2020So that prisoners rights lawyer Edgeler wants them all bottom lines ?.
Thats not the ethos of MMP , small numbers of MPs forcing minority policies on the WHOLE country.
Or does he want MMP to work like that because it would suit the far left faction of the greens
artcroft
/ 25th July 2020Edgeler misses the point. The only policy the Greens hold dear is that of keeping National out of power. They don’t want to implement policy just play tribal politics. By this metric they have been wildly successful this term. But please don’t confuse them with an environmental party. Because they are not.
Duker
/ 25th July 2020Every opposition party wants to keep the other parties out government, while they enjoy the fruits of office themselves.
Its absurd to think they would ever vote to put National in office any more than Act would .
National has its blue greens like Nick Smith and
Nikki Kayeand ……. to make sure they get into office…not sure hows thats been working….or that astroturf ‘corporate Greens’ called Sustainable NZ.Just as well Judith is a Greenie at heart …hahahahahaha

/ 25th July 2020I think the Green Parliamentary team would do well to take their theme to heart and prepare for life in a World that doesn’t have free air travel, taxi chits, and chauffeured driven cars!
Corky
/ 25th July 2020I agree, all politicians need is one of those buggies posties use. I would then consider my tax dollar well spent. And overseas travel should be in ‘feral class.’ Business class is wasted on these bureaucratic bludgers.
Kitty Catkin
/ 25th July 2020What is feral class ? The hold ? That’s where animals travel.
PartisanZ
/ 25th July 2020So pathetic …. and Paul Revere rode a horse …
Kitty Catkin
/ 25th July 2020Corky uses the word feral completely inapproppriately.
I wonder if he’s ever been on a plane. Economy class isn’t luxury, but it’s hardly in the category of travel for wild animals.

/ 25th July 2020Dumbies will only work with one party so gave up all negotiating power before kick off, they havent made the transition from opposition to being in power at all well. Bit of a failure and now pretending its all Winstons fault is a cynical way for both parties to gain votes when every one knows if the votes turn out the same then the arrangements will be exactly the same.
Alan Wilkinson
/ 25th July 2020Yes, no evidence of thinking ahead in their strategy or execution. Ideology isn’t thinking.
David
/ 25th July 2020Its why the media love them, saves having to learn about that pesky policy stuff and its impacts so much better to just cheerlead and burnish ones environmental credentials on twitter.
Maggy Wassilieff
/ 25th July 2020The Greens Policy document title .. “Think ahead, Act now”, tells me that they’re not very good on thinking ahead
Party Vote Act 2020 ☑️
Corky
/ 25th July 2020Yep, thick as mung beans mixed in with quinoa.
Kitty Catkin
/ 25th July 2020I noticed that, Maggy. I can’t believe that the Greens didn’t.
