/ 30th September 2020What a brawl.
I am no Trump fan but he got the better of Biden who showed his cognitive insecurities.
If Biden is the next president he will last only a matter of months before Harris is appointed.
Joe will be sent of to a medical facility for dementia patients.

/ 30th September 2020What questions will you ask him when he arrives ?
Diversion of course from the real crazy one in the room…
At least Biden got to say what plenty have wanted to for 4 years
‘Will you shut up, man?’

/ 30th September 2020I can see the T -shirts going on sale within days – ” Will you shut up, man ”

$30 bucks for Bidens fund

/ 30th September 2020I don’t think you quite realise what the phrase implies. Biden’s second mistake was bringing up his sons military career. That allowed Trumpy to tee off.

/ 30th September 2020It was one of the worst debates I’ve seen.
Biden was a bit weak at times although finished quite strongly. The problem is that many people may have given up watching by then. Biden didn’t make any major mistakes or gaffs, and may have assured some he can remain composed under pressure, but I don’t know how swing voters will have seen him.
Trump as at his worst. He has become accustomed to running the show, including media conferences, and didn’t like being told what to do and not do. He looked riled and uncomfortable. He will probably have impressed supporters who think being a blustering bullshitter shows strength, but I’d be surprised if he gained much support from independent voters.

/ 30th September 2020I didn’t get to watch it all.
Big picture stuff. On one side of the screen I saw one of them suggest that people needed to work together, the united states, rather than be divided. That would see progress for all.
The chap on the other side crowed of a crowning glory: appointing more judges than ever to the courts.
The contrast was stark.

/ 30th September 2020Yes, the United States should work together like this …….

/ 30th September 2020Who’s she? Isn’t she the worst criminal evil felon monster in the history of the United States who died of a promised terminal illness a few years back after destroying America but she reneged and now wallows in jail until she deservedly dies? 🤔
Today I saw two guys presenting widely differing perspectives both seeking the job of taking the country forward in the way they see fit. One seemed more inclined to a siege mentality.
MaureenW
/ 30th September 2020Hint .. they’re both liars .. what a surprise
duperez
/ 30th September 2020Hint – all politicians are liars.
Is one who says he thinks it is more productive for everyone to be united lying about that?
Is one who thinks his major achievement is appointing lots of judges lying about that?
My observation is about their perspectives not about whether they lie – either a little or a lot.
duperez
/ 30th September 2020Neither can be shown or proven to be lying by saying those things. That’s just whether you believe what they say about their feelings.
There was enough stuff said today was was demonstrably true or not. The fact checking sites have already fired up.
Of one claim made: “There is no evidence.”
Of another: “repeated a false claim.”
Another: “… is wrong.”
The funniest one I’ve seen is someone specific quoted in the session as directly having feelings about something tweeting adamantly that the claim was absolutely false.
Hint – all politicians are liars, but some are seriously more experienced and brazen.

/ 30th September 2020“Mr. Trump did not make it easy. In a brute-force style, the president flouted the agreed-upon ground rules and refused to allow Mr. Biden his two minutes to respond to questions, leaving Mr. Wallace yelping at one point, “Let him answer!”

A despicable man and his cheerleaders especially those who don’t have a stake in the election but look on.
Give it 3 years and Trump will be shuffling into court like Weienstein did…a deservedly broken man
